“Poor service of Sona and pool”

“Stayed in the family room. Good size with everything you need. Lovely shower. My only complaint was that the mattresses weren’t great. All four of us never really had a great night’s sleep. Loved the Sky pool. Bar the mattresses, really enjoyed our stay.”

“They need better entertainment at night time.. the hallways need to be cleaned.. the carpet in the hallways were filthy. They need to put down and laminate floors in the hallway, so they stay clean.. the breakfast was excellent.. The spa part was not the best. The hot tub was only half working. The steam room did not work for three days. The sauna was good… The staff was very helpful and kind.”

Die Diskrepanz zwischen Werbeauftritt und Realität ist bemerkenswert. Das Zimmer selbst war großzügig geschnitten und mit zwei Einzelbetten ausgestattet.……

“We had a lovely stay and would recommend this property. The only issue we had was that our pre-arranged hotel transfer was not actually arranged. The hotel did not confirm that booking, so we ended up using the taxi stand, which was fine. You are a bit outside of the main areas in Malta, but it was a lovely hotel with a fantastic breakfast. We enjoyed the restaurants around the hotel too. Great views at breakfast! Nice, quiet rooms with comfortable beds! We loved the partial sea view.”

“Firstly, this is a self catering property. Meaning, that there's no hotel type amenities, like a gym for example. however that being said, this property is perfect. My boys(18 & 16) and I (60), recently visited Malta to see our families heritage and vacation. The property location in Buggiba, is a good location for getting around via public transport or ride share(Bolt). Alexei our contact at the property and his staff went way beyond to make our stay smooth, simple, and relaxing as possible.……

“newly renovated...clean n tidy...location is good but if u r driving....its almost impossible to find a parking space nearby in the evening. room is spacious but there r no refrigerator...no electric kettle...no table..no chair ....shower area no curtains if this room is for elderly or handicapped they should make a remark in the website.”

“Probably the best location in St Paul’s bay. Just off the main busy tourist area. Lovely pool area, plenty of sun beds. Beds were comfy and balcony overlooking the pool and the bay. Breakfast was good, and plenty of it. As with all buffets a bit of pot luck as to how fresh the hot food was when you turn up. The only issue preventing me giving the hotel an outstanding review was the maintenance. Considering this was the start of the season it seems that little work had been done on maintenance.……
