「Ali is an excellent communicator! He answered any question I had quickly and accurately, really appreciated that since this was our first time using this system to book a place to stay. There was a slight hiccup with the key and room number but was very quickly (3 minutes at most) sorted out by Ali. Nice place for the price and really felt safe in this neighbor hood. Easy to walk to grocery store and other ammenities. I would definitely stay there again should I visit Oak Park again. Thank...

「Over all it was clean and the area was a great environment don't look like it from the outside but when you get in the inside it not bad If I would suggest anything just a little more Ac for the back room but other then that everything else was good」

「The check in was easy and the front guest male was personable. The room was clean and spacious and there was a good variety of food choices for breakfast.」

「The app isn’t letting me give 5 stars but I would give 5 stars for all categories. It was perfect for our needs. Two adults and two kids. Perfect location and easy to get in and out with our car off the street. Beds were comfy and the main rooms were spacious. They were super responsive for our last minute booking. Would definitely stay here again!」

「Good VRBO stay...」

「Perfect place to stay when getting in from a flight」

「The place was clean and wonderfull. Love the area.」

「Hotel staff were great. “Suite” was a total disaster. Carpets were at least 10 years old with holes and furniture was as old and very uncomfortable. Never would have rented this “Suite” if we knew the true condition. Online pictures paint a very different picture.」
