Very good but missing the finer details
"Generally a great hotel but could operate better, could not book any meals and drinks to your room which meant you had to carry your wallet, such a high end hotel should trust its guests more, plus you can take a pre-autherisation payment! Would stop ahain though as it really is a nice hotel"

"The hotel is located just 5 mins from the Norwich Airport. I will recommend this hotel for people who are taking early flights. The hotel room is large and comfortable. My son (10 year old) slept very well on the sofa bed. Last but not least, the breakfast is delicious."

Centrally located apartment suitable for couple
"Lovely studio apartment with all the required amenities. Excellent location. Lots of pubs cafes and takeaways at walking distance. Pleasant and accommodating host. Upgraded us to a ground floor apartment when I told her I had injured my foot"
