「This hotel is up there with one of my favourite hotels I have stayed at for accommodation of family's and the facilities they offer. Couldn't fault a single part of our stay, we loved it so much we extended our stay by an extra night. The staff are so helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The downstairs basement with the games is a real bonus and something we made great use of with the children. 10/10」

「We ended up in a beautiful mountain view room! We'd expected a city view. Check in was seamless, parking in the attached garage was more convenient than anywhere we've ever stayed. There was a neat little snack bar with coffee and simple sandwiches. My coffee wasn't great but my husband liked his. We didn't use the pool but there is access from the third floor.
