"WAS TRAVELING WITH A FRIENDS AND WE ARE BOTH OVER 65 AND WHEN I ASKED THE FRONT DESK TO HAVE A CAB READY FOR US IN THE MORNING SHE INFORMED US THAT WE HAD TO CALL AN UBER. BOTH OF US WERE CONFUSED AND THE GENTLEMAN BEHIND THE DESK WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO CALL A SERVICE AND HAD IT ARRANGED FOR US THE NEXT MORNING TO GO TO THE AIRPORT. I COULDN'T THANK HIM ENOUGH"

"The atmosphere was wonderful and the facilities were pristine. Everyone was very helpful and we even had staff and security help us when we had a dead battery. The only down side was that our bed was not comfortable but we are used to an adjustable bed which has spoiled us. An investment in pillow top mattresses would be a plus."
