Kitchen had bare essentials (enough to re-heat leftovers from dining out). Property was clean and comfortable. Upstairs neighbor had a little bit of a heavy foot at times.

Wonderful Rental

This place was amazing! Very clean and would stay here again, we loved it. Check in was hyper easy and the renter was easy to contact and quick to respond. The area was really nice too! Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed my stay at the apartment — it was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. However, there was a strong unpleasant smell, somewhat like rotten meat, and I wasn’t sure if it was coming from the fridge, the kitchen, or somewhere else. It was the only downside to an otherwise great place.

Very cute & quaint apartment. Nicely decorated except for the squished otoman w a corner of material missing. The Ac smelled funny & filter was dirty. So I cleaned it myself. Other than those minor things it was a nice stay in a safe neighborhood that’s very close to everything. Downtown 3-5 min away. Graceland was just 10 minutes away. And definitely would stay here again.

Awesome place, awesome location!

My wife and I had a great get away. Apartment in an old southern mansion with modern amenities, centrally located 5-10 minutes from everything we visited. I highly recommend this location.
