Nice Apartment, some drawbacks

Beautiful apartment in great location. Directions were abominable. Told 100 meters after first tunnel, it was more like 1000 and 24 hour hot line was difficult due to language barriers. Late May was exceptionally cold and we could have used heat but could not turn on as instructions were inaccessible and all phone calls made were not responded to. Even an e mail went unanswered until we went to the office the next day. However, that Aside I would stay there again as the views were excellent , the location perfect. Close proximity to cycling opportunities, food (markets and restaurants) Bellagio and Lugano. Overall a great place to stay but learn a few things first.

Horrible Management. Dishonest ripoff.

Bathroom door broke and locked all our bathroom toiletries in them the first night and they didn’t arrive to fix until 12 the next day. Their 24 hour emergency line had no answer and no one responded to emails till later. It cost us a whole day of events because of the issue. They refused to offer any partial refund and actually tried to blame us for the door. This management is shady and dishonest and they do not care. They were not helpful at all. I would never stay here. Beware

Perfect Lake Como Weekend Stay!

Would recommend this place for lake Como stay. Was very clean and location was quiet. Not too far from a ferry and grocery store. The view was also spectacular. Thanks!
