"Gene and Elizabeth were amazing hosts. So inviting and friendly and helped with suggestions which all turned out to be great. Breakfast was top notch. Rooms are nice but walls are thin. Safe area and walkable into town. Highly recommend. "

"Great location 11 minutes from Juneau airport. Friendly, helpful staff. Great shuttle service to airport, even at 3:30am! Breakfast offering could be better (protein bars and instant oatmeal). A little pricey. "

"Only stayed 2 nights but the location was great and the studio itself was perfect for us (2 adults). View over the bay, especially at sunrise and sunset, was stunning. Host was very helpful and communicating was easy. We came in on the ferry and it was running late (4 hours late - which is unusual) and she helped create Plan B and C in case our transportation fell through when we arrived. We needed access to a washer and dryer and the studio had them available, but it was a little awkward to coordinate with the host (that room is a shared space). The studio is part of the host's house, so you can hear noises from "upstairs" and we were both on the back porch a couple times (taking sunset pictures). It all worked out just fine but felt a little awkward. We would definitely stay again."

"We had 4 nights at Eagles Watch and our host John, was awesome. Not only a wealth of information, but a great cook who served us daily breakfast along with sharing stories and information about Juneau. The number of eagles who graced us with their daily presence was incredible. A cozy, comfortable, clean place that was the perfect first part of our Alaskan journey. Thank you John for everything!! We hope to be back!!"
"This is a spacious home within walking distance of the Mendenhall Glacier. It took us about 20 minutes to drive downtown each time we went there, but the home is also close to Safeway and several other stores. It's a quiet neighborhood with very little through traffic. "
