We have vacationed here with extended family for several years. The place is large enough to accommodate several families. There are excellent restaurants in Mendocino, 5 minutes away. The views are amazing. We love hearing the surf every day. The enclosed deck is a family favorite. Highly recommend!

Pelican Point

What a beautiful and cozy home! It was perfect for our family getaway. Stunning views from the house and hot tub. We felt very at home and really enjoyed our stay.

Great stay. Can’t say enough good about it. Very clean unique decorations great location. We rent a lot of VRBO places. This had everything we could ask for.Owners were great to work with. Would definitely recommend and rent it again.

Family reunion

We had a wonderful time. The deck was a delightful place to hang out and the view was gorgeous. We had two stunning Bald Eagle sightings. Both Fort Bragg and Mendocino were very close and we went both directions for food and sights. We also took advantage of being next door to Russian Gulch State Park What a wonderful place. Our only regret was that our stay wasn't longer! We have every intention of returning to this magical spot!

Fantastic Family Place

We had a mini family reunion here. The place is over 3 levels, giving plenty of space for all. The deck is completely fenced in, which is great for the little ones. The most amazing thing was the fantastic view & the constant sound of the waves. We will definitely be back.

As Advertised!

Beautiful place! This is a sweet hippy pad with absolutely amazing vibes and views! I proposed to my now fiancé at Point Cabrillo Light House. Mendocino really showed off her range of beauty during our stay. As a musician, I enjoyed having guitars around to strum on while looking at the ocean. We will be returning this truly wonderful place!

Lovely retreat in paradise

This spacious house is perfectly appointed with all you will need for your stay. The location could not be better. It's private but a short drive to town and adjacent to beautiful parks. The decor is older but in good condition. We were a party of six but at least two more could have stayed with us in the plentiful accommodations.

Unique! Funky and Fun!

Wonderful Stay! The artwork in this home is unique and fun, adding a special touch to the experience. Located in a beautiful neighborhood with spacious lots, it’s right next to a fantastic state park and offers great views of the coast and surf. This house is far from a cookie-cutter home and has its own distinct charm. For anyone who loves 60-70s rock memorabilia, this place is a dream come true!

Incredible property, ocean views, and home!

The ocean and coast views are absolutely incredible and the location is perfect - a super quick drive south gets you to Mendocino's little town and Fort Bragg is about 15 minutes drive north. The home was also amazing: super fun and eclectic, comfortable, clean, and has literally everything you need. Every aspect of this home was welcoming and extremely well thought out. Definitely book this property for an unforgettable stay on the Mendocino coast!

Girls weekend

What an awesome place with the best views!! Everything was super easy. Close to town of Mendocino although we never left the property! We literally spent all weekend on the deck enjoying each other and the views! The artwork is unique and pretty awesome. We will definitely be back!!

Loaded with whimsy

Superb location, ample space and amenities, a surplus of kitchen gadgets and a plethora of whimsical lamps and light fixtures plus a fine assortment of guitars. So much to spark the imagination about the hosts identity making it near impossible to not have a good time.

We decided to go in a day early. The host don was easy to work with and to contact. 5-star host. View and location were unbeatable. It was stormy that week but with all the glass it made it even better. We will be back to Dons awesome home.

Wonderful home with beautiful views

This home is a great vacation spot. The home feels like a cabin, but is very large to give everyone space. We sat on the deck and enjoyed the beautiful views of the ocean and surrounding green. We also enjoyed using the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked and the home is perfect for groups of 6 to 8 people. Be aware that there is no laundry access so pack accordingly. This was a spectacular home in one of my favorite places on earth and made for a wonderful week at the coast.

Amazing Views!

We've stayed in Mendocino every year for the past 16 years, and this home has the best ocean views by far. The eclectic art was great to see and admire. However, the home needs a little TLC. Also, this is just me, but the towel material is not common. I have never stayed in a house that had microfiber towels, so it was strange tactile-wise for us. Just a short jaunt to the town of Mendocino (4 min or so).
