Like a sweet old auntie, this place is comfortable and a little worn for wear. Best probably for weekends rather than long stays. Very convenient to everything in Mendocino.

Loved the comfy little garden cottage! Fenced back yard was a lovely spot for coffee or cocktails. The private hot tub was an extra bonus.

We enjoyed our stay in the Rivergate room at the front of the property overlooking Main Street with an ocean view beyond the historic church across the street. Spacious room and bathroom with a sitting area and fireplace. In the center of town within walking distance of restaurants, shops and hiking on the bluffs with gorgeous ocean views. Comfortable bed and friendly staff.

This was the second time for us staying in the flower cottage. For the two of us it’s the right size and so close to everything. We even used the spa and sauna this time. Definitely going back.

Lovely room, nice spa, excellent location, near beach and downtown shops and restaurants. We loved staying there. Value is the only small downside in my opinion.

Room was too warm even with window open. The inner plastic shower curtain lining was missing. this was not a problem for us but you can see the water leaking has damaged the linoleum at the corner of the tub. The teeny tiny toilet could use an upgrade to taller elongated toilet.
