"This villa is perfection. The owners make it so easy for it to become your home for as long as you are lucky enough to be there. The bedrooms and living room are very comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and bright, and the kitchen is well stocked. The piece de resistance, however, is the outside. The outdoor living room is absolutely charming. You can enjoy the very nice view and the swimming pool. Road access is a little tricky but this is the price for quietness."

"We had a lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. The deck area was super too and had amazing views across the Menton harbour. Mia was welcoming and very helpful. We loved the bottle of Lemoncello that was offered on arrival. The apartment is on a steep hillside which requires a fair amount of step climbing to reach the town and the waterfront. Though probably not ideal for people with mobility concerns, the hillside location does offer amazing views in return. Thank you...

"We stayed for 7 days with family. The pool was amazing especially for 3 boisterous young boys. The house itself was jaded but perfect in that we didn’t need to be too precious. The kitchen was small but adequate well stocked with crockery but no chopping board. Mr Lopez would come daily and remove the rubbish and was available if we were to need him. The owner was quick to respond to any queries. The biggest negative was the walk up and down to supermarket and restaurants. Very steep on...

"Une semaine hors du temps dans cette maison totalement conforme aux photos et à la description!! Un extérieur en Deux parties, une vue imprenable sur Menton, une table permettant de manger juste à côté de la piscine pour des petits plongeons. Aucun bruit à l’horizon, hormis les cigales qui nous accompagnaient tout au long de la journée. Rien à redire sur le lieu juste parfait. Attention toutefois à l’accès un peu étriqué de la rue en impasse et l’allée un peu serrée qui nous avaient été...

"Die Zimmer waren muffig und nicht sauber. Der Pool ist nur über ein schmales Fenster über das Badezimmer zugänglich. Die angebotene Küche war nicht gereinigt und der Kühlschrank kaputt. Wir wussten nicht, wie der Abfall entsorgt werden soll und mussten ihn daher zentral sammeln. Insgesamt war die Gruppe über den Zustand der Wohneinheit enttäuscht!"

"Beautiful property nestled in the hills of Menton. It had all amentities that were needed. Miguel was very patient with our lack of French. The 300 m hike (as it was a hike) back to the house from the coast is not for the faint at heart but good to help refresh after a food filled day in town! Would go back for sure!"
