Much larger than expected and quite comfortable with 4 adults. Very quiet and serene. Mentone shops and cafe nearby. Desoto state park and falls an amazing attraction not far away.

Great cozy getaway

We loved our stay at The Dreamer property. It was the oerfect size space for my husband and I, and great location! The property was well decorated and had plenty of comforts/amenities. It was also very close to cute shops, great restaurants, and great hiking. We’ll definitely be returning!

Great place to stay

Loved the tiny home experience. Kinda felt like we were camping in the open woods but at night we were “glamping”!!! Thoroughly enjoyed our visit to the mountains.

This place is great!!!

This was a great place for a family weekend trip. The house was very clean, and the property manager was very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the loft and fire pit. We'll be back!

Great time

We enjoyed our stay in the tiny house. It was spacious enough for 4 adults. Internet wasn’t available to watch TV, but luckily we took some games to play and made the best of it. We hiked in the Desoto State Park 2 different days and hiking to Desoto Falls was by far my favorite.

Amazing property

There was no detail overlooked on this property. It had everything needed and then some. It was my first time staying in a tiny home. The use of space was great and we never felt like we were cramped. We had an amazing breakfast right down the road at the Hatter Cafe. Cute shops all around and great hiking nearby. It definitely won’t be the last time I visit this property.

Very cute

Very nice, my friend and I stayed 2 nights. We didn’t cook but used the refrigerator. A tiny house with full size rooms and appliances. I slept upstairs, ceiling is low but high enough to sit up in bed. We enjoyed the front porch too.

Perfect Relaxing Spot

Amazing home. Great accommodations. It is about 20 min from Little River Canyon and/or DeSoto Falls/Park. Very peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Such a great concept. They have ROKU TVs with additional streaming apps. There was no hair dryer - which was not a big deal for us, but may be an inconvenience to some.

Mentone weekend

Very clean comfortable tiny home. Only complaint is the hot water did not work in shower. It Worked in other faucets. Made bathing very uncomfortable. We improvised but didn't enjoy the discomfort. Otherwise it was very nice.

There are some repairs & improvements that the owner should consider. The outdoor grill is in total disrepair and we could not use it. The entry to the front porch needs to be repaired immediately! The rain has washed away much of the sand and stones for the ramp. It is very dangerous to enter and exit. Steps installed would be much more appropriate. Would be nice to have a lamp in the living area. We also, could not get the electric fireplace to come on. Overall we still had a wonderful time and stay! Place was very clean and very adequate for or trip. Definitely enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. Kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare meals. Plenty of towels and essentials for your use. When ever back in Mentone, will definitely consider this place again!

No hot water - No help

Poop stains on carpet in loft. Had to be an animal because no one can walk and track stains on carpet in a loft. Strong smell of stale/old cat urine and NO HOT WATER. Sage was very sorry but not helpful. She suggested we flip a breaker to see if this would cause the water heater to work. After that suggestion.... and texting her that there was still no hot water she never followed up. MISERABLE stay.
