The entrance to the property threw me as it was behind the parking lot of a defunct closed strip mall and at first, I wasn’t sure the approach was taking me to the right place.. when you arrive and park, there is a 24/7 lobby that is not staffed, there I found a basket with an envelope and my name on it which contained a passcode to the common area and my room. "Great location to stadiums. Booked a premium room, was given a standard room (which was less expensive per night) with no reimbursement/change of room. Was told by check in staff Expedia sends them reservation booked and only states any room, not the specific room booked. Staff did provide two breakfast vouchers for issue, however would have much preferred the room booked. This concerns me about using Expedia for future bookings, the type of room you book is very important for not only price, but also consumer needs and wants."
