"This location is a bus ride From the center of Lucerne. Not terrible but keep it in mind if you have luggage. It is close to the bottom of the Pilatus lift, so that’s an advantage. "The hotel is 10 -15 min walk to Chapel Bridge, sitting on a hill above the lake front. Charming hotel, very friendly and polite staff. The room was rather small and it looked like it needs to be renovated a little bit but we stayed for one night only, so we didn’t mind. The bathroom looked renovated and clean which is always very important to us. We opted to have breakfast there (about 30 franks per person). It was a nice spread of breakfast items in a beautiful dinning room. We would recommend the hotel and would probably stay there again."
