We came to the area for a tournament and this was our home base for the week—-warm, homey and a great retreat from the gym. We mostly had breakfasts there and then late night snacks. The beautiful country drive to both Topeka and Lawrence was easy. We appreciated the quiet area!

Staff was pleasant. We were disappointed in our television in room. The little time we had to watch there was closed caption on screen. When we couldn't remove we talked to clerk at main desk who informed us they were aware of problem but were helpless to remove it also. It was very annoying. This ...
