"We requested the top floor which they gave us and it was very quiet. They were also helpful when we wanted to stay another night in the same room."

"I was unhappy that they did not provide kleenexes in room also there was no hairdryer. If you wanted clean linens other than the day they cleaned you had to take the dirty one down to the front desk, Also if you needed your garbage taken out again before they cleaned you had to do it yourself, They only clean biweekly. I will not stay there again."

"Everything was perfect - extremely helpful staff as I had issues w my reservation with Expedia. The manager Jordan went above and beyond and the rest of the team was amazing as well! Housekeeping department was so sweet and helpful. Definitely do yourself a favor and stay where the team cares ! Will def stay here again. Minimal complaint was that the jets weren’t working in the hot tub but other than that A+ stay!"

"Air conditioning was non existent, bar had to close because no one to work it. The whole place smelled like cigarette smoke and the doors to the rooms were in total disrepair. The bed was clean but smelled like smoke. I will not stay again. "

"Positives: Hotel and room were clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beds are comfortable. Two bedroom suite was spacious. Very convenient location. Cons: 1) Careful with pre-arrival check-in. Keys were ready when we got there and check-in was quick, but our room was given away while we were there. Fortunately, it was during the day and we were in the room when this occurred. Front desk did correct the booking problem. 2) Our floor (3rd) was quiet, but heard people/children walking/running in room above us. Try to get 4th floor. 3) Rooms are not cleaned daily. Not a problem, but should have been communicated. 4) Hotel is next to an HVAC business (north side by main parking lot), which tends to be very loud (sounds like banging of metal) sometimes late into the evening and early morning. Employees worked til almost 11:00 pm one evening and started around 6:30 am the next morning."
