“The best hotel in town”

“The accommodation were great and the staff were so helpful and professional! The rooms were huge! Thanks”

“The breakfast was excellent. However, the front desk experience was disappointing the staff member who greeted me was on the phone, laughing, didn’t even say hello, and just asked for my name before handing over the room card. I also noticed a few hairs on the bed cover, which was uncomfortable. Additionally, the water pressure in the bathroom was very low, so I couldn’t enjoy a proper shower.”

“The Holiday Inn at Meridian was a very pleasant experience compared to other hotels where I have stayed. The staff and entire building was what everyone wants when traveling. The only thing that I saw that was not at the same level as the rest of the staff was the waitress at the restaurant who was also bartending and it was obvious this wasn't her normal job. She didn't know or understand how to make the drink I ordered but did try to correct her mistake. Other than that, everything was……

“Bathroom was lacking cleaning. There was no shower gel in the shower. But the Staff were very friendly. You can hear a lot of noise from the highway but it is conveniently located just on the highway. If you have no trouble sleeping with noise, then you are good! ”

“Kept very well, everything was clean and our room smelled very nice. Nice soap/shampoo options! Offers free breakfast with about everything you’d typically see at a hotel, fruits, cereals, coffee, juice, yogurt, waffles, and muffins. The dining area is very small, but certainly nothing to complain about. Unfortunately it is in a bit of a sketchy area of town, but the hotel itself is very nice. “I am very satisfied. I arrived and checked in at around 11 PM After a long road trip. Cooper (if my spelling is correct) greeted me at the front desk. He was friendly and helpful.”

“The hotel staff was friendly, I felt safe, it was quiet and location was good, however it was the worst nights sleep. Air-conditioning knobs were missing and unable to cool the space, it was a non-smoking room however it stuck like smoke, pillows were flat. The hairdryer didn't work, and the only towel in the room was so small and thin it was ridiculous. ”
