"The moment I checked in at 3pm, I was greeted professionally by a female staff member. A heads up, parking is currently $7/day and $20 is taken from your card. Once you check out you get reimbursed the money unless you buy something from their store in the lobby. For example I stayed one day so I was reimbursed $17 back into my account once checked out. My children and I had an amazing stay. The rooms were very clean. I had a microwave, sink, and fridge in my room. In addition I had a west elm couch bed in my suite with two double beds and two tv screens. I made sure to take advantage of what was on site: a pool open until 11pm, a 24hr gym, and in the lobby you can get coffee or tea whenever. There is laundry on site on the first floor $2.00 per wash and over $2 to dry. Still a great price. Breakfast included were waffles you make, bananas for fruit, scones, bacon, jalapeño egg bake, scrambled eggs, oatmeal with healthy topping, blueberry muffins, yogurt, cold cereals, bagels, and English muffins. The place did not disappoint. You may find people from a professional business next door eating from there. Lastly I set my sign on the door to not be woken up and they honored it and I checked out at 9:30 although check out is 11am. If you go to this location local restaurant Puritan Backroom for tenders and fries is a must. You can also go to Arm Park to take a picture by the river and murals near the colorful steps. There’s a huge Dollar Tree nearby and Mall of N.H."

"Unfortunately, this property did not have room service breakfast despite all the websites and their own materials that you're provided when you get there claims. We had specifically chosen the hotel to do a fun room service breakfast and found out that "oh no, we don't do that in the morning". I know it seems like a minor thing - but we had picked this hotel for that reason, so to not have it was very disappointing. The hotel overall was not worth the cost given that it didn't have the element we wanted. The pool was also a bit lackluster and in rough shape. The room itself was clean, but we could have had a better experience for less in the area."

"The staff was awesome. They only had one working elevator and at the end the 3rd floor was not even able to use it. So staying for 8 days we had a lot of stuff and not having an elevator was not a joy. Thank goodness we are young enough to handle all the stairs. They need help taking care of the hallways and stairs area. That was dirty. I accidentally left $100’s of groceries and my collagen in a Hannafords bag in the fridge. I called back at 5:30-5:45 looking for it. They threw me it all away. Brand new stuff. I highly doubt it was thrown. Whatever! My fault. But after living there for well over a week. No one had to clean but for one day. To lose that. Not get anything off for not having any elevator for 2 days, knowing the couple in the next room got their parking comp! I really had enjoyed my stay up until the last day. No help from that place! Really bummed. It’s a nice place I just wish today would’ve ended better! Will I stay there again? Yes! "
