“Very nice unit on the 4th floor. Parking was easy and convenient. The beach is right across the street but for this area you do have to wait for low tide as the water comes up too far. However plenty of other beaches are just a short drive away. We just planned our beach visit around the tides and enjoyed finding large shells and conchs! Hosts were great and very accommodating. ”

“This property was perfect! Communication with the owner was easy. Very comfortable, cozy, great neighborhood with wonderful walking distance restaurants and shopping. ”

“Two elderly women (79 & 86) going to church meeting on Saturday from 8:30 to 4:00 didn’t want to travel from home—two hours—in the morning plus loading up car! I had three crockpots, two huge stockpots, 18 containers of frozen soup ingredients, plus paperwork and posters, personal items, and a cart to transport from car to house, house to car, and car to church. My mistake—I didn’t ask about stairs—it was really tough for us to carry cart up and down the stairs. There was no mention of stairs……

“This property was the best location in town! 2-5 monte walk to almost everything! The host were very communicative and easy to reach. The penthouse apartment is so charming and so much history! Clean and well appointed. It has a great kitchen and amazing antique furniture pieces. Be aware that there are a lot of older steep wooden stairs in this 1710 penthouse. So may not be suitable for those with knee issues or carrying up large suitcases or Children. ”
