「The stay was great overall. When we entered the rental unit there was a lot of sand throughout, and the trash barrels were full and had not been taken to the curb (they had food items left in them so there were some maggots in the barrels, unfortunately). Aside from some trouble trying to fit our garbage into the barrel before the midweek pickup everything else was pretty smooth. 「The house was nice and spacious, dog friendly. The front bedroom looks out to the water. The bathrooms are renovated with heated floors - so nice especially during the coldest week of the season! The location is perfect for walking in warmer weather. Steve and Kristen were great hosts - responsive and helpful. We hope to visit again soon! 」

「We enjoyed are first trip to Plum Island in this cozy beach cottage. The owner was very responsive. We traveled with our two kids and enjoyed the great proximity to the beach (just across the street). Very clean, nice setup and decor. Beds and couches were very comfortable! Quiet neighborhood, and everyone we met was very friendly. We would definitely return :)」

「As an area native, I was back to visit family in the area for a week with my family. This property is terrific for walking into downtown for coffee, shopping, meals and meeting up with people. We really enjoyed the proximity to everything. The space itself is terrific, with a fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining area, comfy lounge area and cozy bedrooms. Everything was clean, accessible and well thought out. All in all, a great stay we would recommend.」
