Quiet getaway

The property is new, we may have been the first guests to stay in this unit (8th floor). Overall, our stay was nice. Kitchen well stocked, washer/dryer was a plus, roomy floor plan. A dresser or something with drawers to unpack would be a great addition to the bedrooms. Fyi, there is no beach gear to use. The main pool/hot tub are heated and in full afternoon shade. Fitness facility is well equipped. Cocoa beach is a 15 minute drive. The property is quiet and not as conducive to families.

Looks beautiful BUT a lot went wrong I was waiting for my credit card bill before I reviewed. First night there someone walked into our condo at 1 in the morning. Needless to say scared the s—- out of us. We are lucky we didn’t have a heart attack or if we were gun toting people that we did not shoot the intruder. She had a code to get in the door. So they did not give us a secure code and did not have another lock on inside.Next refrigerator went out. We had just went to grocery.They brought a new refrigerator two days later.Hoses on washing machine were not hooked up right. Hot was on cold, cold was on hot. Ruined some shirts thought I was washing them on cold and it was hot They did fix it. Then the shower head just trickled water, called about that and they said there would be someone there at 7am to fix that and they didn’t show up until 2pm. That was a wasted day.Had several instances with air conditioning.that was finally fixed after about the third time. Electric went out ,that wasn’t their fault just another problem, but was not out long. We wanted to get in early but couldn’t because they said they had to clean, That was not a problem except who ever cleaned did not do a good job , Big spiderwebs and a coffee mug with what looked like cigar ashes in it. Found spiders in bathroom and didn’t look like floors had been scrubbed. I asked for partial refun considering all that happened especially security breach.but only got 115 for food and clothes NOT HAPP

Had several issues with the hot water but the foks at the condo were very responsive to my messages. I hope whatever was wrong is fixed now. The condo is beautiful and has everything in the kitchen except for a big stock pot for seafood. They did offer a refund of one nights stay but that only helped my company. I haven’t received my deposit yet either. Overall it would be a great place to stay with hot water.
