But the first thing I must mention is that it isn't "beachside", but it's a short 3 block walk to the beach, and the golf cart that comes with the house makes it even easier to get to the beach. 「This house is STUNNING and has absolutely everything you need to enjoy an extended stay. Things were immaculately clean when we arrived. The neighborhood is quiet, but full of friendly folks. We enjoyed our morning walks and were able to safely get in a few miles each day. Easy access to the beach, and parking on Cocoa is super easy, and not expensive compared to other beaches we've been to. You can easily walk a few blocks and be at the water, but we chose to drive so we could bring the beach...

Kitchen stocked with cooking utensils, pots, plates, etc. Bathrooms stocked with toilet paper and towels. Large utility room with washer/dryer. Close to grocery store. About 30 minutes to beach. 「We went to Richard’s property to celebrate my parents 52 year anniversary. We had a total of 10 people and it was so comfortable. The area has fun things to do like mini golf, the space center, and a tiny wizard of oz museum that was surprisingly entertaining. The beach was only 5 min drive and easy to park. 「Over all great property. Only issue was that there was no oven or enough pots and pans to feed the 8 people staying in the home. Could not cook meals at the house but we only stayed for 2 days.」
