We stayed at the Noax Hotel for four nights. The hotel is located a little too far from the centre of town. The hotel is just a shimmer of its former days, and it is starting to look like the money has run out and is beginning to fall into disrepair. The room got very warm from the afternoon sun. The staff are friendly. However, English is not their first language, which was a big struggle for the hotel. We used Google's translator app and were able to get by. On checkout, the staff tried to get me to pay again for a prepaid hotel booking. When I showed them the receipts, they did not believe me. The employee insisted I only paid for one day and showed me on the hotels.com system. When I checked the system with the employee, the employee had selected the wrong guest.

It was advertised that there would be an outdoor pool, there was but the problem was that there was no water in it. It was advertised that there would be a 360 rooftop bar/restaurant. It was a construction site. Unfortunately, I booked this stay just for these two factors and got none of it.

At arrival with 4 people we have been told that the hotel is booked out despite of a fix reservation. At the end we had to find another hotel late in the night and we have got the feeling that the staff also was not really trying to find a solution or to assume responsibility. We just have been told to get in contact with hotels.com. So, I can't recommend this hotel and will not book there anymore.
