I was impressed by the personal touch provided by Joana in Client Services at the Hotel. She assured us that if we needed anything to let her know. Joana goes the extra mile to make sure guests have a fantastic stay.. This hotel makes its clients feel special simply by the fabulous service they provide from the staff on the front desk and from the staff assisting with luggage and valet service. Paulo did a fabulous job looking after us with respect to showing us the features of the resort, assisting with luggage and making sure our car was charged and available when we needed it. We loved our 5-day stay in this stylish hotel. Our room was modern and sophisticated with dark wood and beige ascents that helped create a relaxing environment. The bathroom with its modern amenities was spacious and had a wonderful rain shower. We also had a beautiful view of the mountains from the room. The room provided the perfect respite after a day of visiting museums and sightseeing. Another reason to stay here is their fabulous restaurant. João Simões and Inês did a wonderful job making sure our dining experiences were memorable. This is one hotel that is a must to stay at. You will not be disappointed"

"My stay here was the perfect finale to wind down from an extensive road trip of Lisbon, Nazare, Aveiro and Porto. The grounds, lobby and room exceeded my expectations. Staff was friendly and welcoming. My room, all on 1st floor, was sparkling clean with a view of olive trees. Mini fridge partially stocked with plenty of extra room. Air conditioned as well. Nespresso coffee maker available by request. On site restaurant and bar well appointed with excellent cuisine. I enjoyed a massage at the on property spa. Play area for kid's including kids swimming pool. Indoor and outdoor pool for adults. Stable of horses available to ride. Free winery tour with tastings was my favorite. Of course i purchased a case of their wine. Walking trails also. Set amongst green rolling hills. Come and enjoy."

"We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. It is in a calm peaceful location, but also walking distance to a good restaurant, and a short drive to Mértola. The house is decorated with love, it has everything you need, including comfy beds and a perfectly equipped kitchen. We were sad to leave and will treasure our memories here!"
