"Stayed 3 nights. They never once cleaned our rooms. They had a newly implemented required valet parking situation. It was a disaster. There was an app that worked poorly and we often waited 20 minutes for our car that we could see but they had our keys! We have stayed there every spring since 2017 but we are done. They added a new rooftop bar without bar service and it was closed on a Saturday night. Something is horribly wrong with this hotel now. "

"If I could use less then 1 star I would. First gave us a room with twin size bed when I booked a king size bed. It was dirty with cigarette butt and a department of corrections ID from someone. Cigarette burns on the blankets. Second room king size bed burn marks on blanket again still none smoking room, hardly anyone there at the front desk. Water was either super hot so you burned your skin or way too cold. No way to make a perfect water to shower. No fridge in the room AC was working when it wanted. Room was not cleaned at all fresh towels where just left at the side board in front of the tv. There are a lot of drug atticted persons around and on the hotel property makes you feel unsafe. "

"Apartment was fully equipped and safe. The bed was very comfortable. Just be aware, there is no on-site overnight parking. The area is very safe, with good restaurants and dining."

"While searching for a hotel to stay for the night we came across this one online and thought the pictures of the place were nice. Turns out, this hotel looks nothing like the pictures advertised. We walked into our room and were completely appalled by how dirty, unsanitary, and disgusting it was. Our deadbolt didn’t even lock. We didn’t feel safe staying there at all. There was toilet paper clogging the bathroom sink, footprints on the walls, trash and dead bugs on the floor, ripped bathroom towels, stains on the toilet seat, and busted outlets. It was disgusting! When going to complain to the front desk, they said there were no refunds issued after check in. They didn’t even offer to clean the room. We didn’t feel comfortable staying there so we just had to lose out on over $100. We felt dirty just being in there. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE!!! "
