"Communication with the host and check-in and check-out process was smooth. The hosts were accommodating for us to have an early check-in. The home has plenty of room for a large group and some good spaces indoors and outdoors for hanging out. The hot tub and pool were in working order and we used them. The pool table is great. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The pictures on-line are from awhile back and the home is in need of some TLC. The grill had not been cleaned in a long time and when we actually went to use it, it the grease and food droppings started on fire and we had to put it out and fix the burners that were not in the right place. "

"This property is such a lovely stat. Right in downtown Mesa but not loud or super busy. Easily within walking distance of restaurants. The apartment was extremely clean and confortable. I will definitely stay here again if im in the area."

"There was blood splattered on the ceiling and shower curtain rod over the tub. Tiles around the tub were missing. There was no hairdryer. I was ogled by worker men whenever I went in or out of my room. The mattress was worn & uncomfortable, the a/c unit was dirty and rattled, and the stairwell leading to my room was gross. I got a refund and found another hotel instead."
