“Lovely big clean rooms to accommodate up to 6ppl. Area was nice and quiet. Breakfast was ok. I’m use to the pancake or waffle maker machine being available at continental breakfast but it’s ok. The nice rooms make up for that. The only thing I didn’t like is the parking fee of $15 per day. ”

“The clerk that greeted me upon arrival was genuinely kind and patient . The shuttle driver was courteous which is often not the case. And the room was absolutely perfect . The size was spacious ; a perfect table for my son to do his online schooling. The kitchen was spacious and clean. The bathroom was adequately stocked . The beds were comfortable . And the price was phenomenal . We were there only for a 15 hour layover from our flight but o wish we could have stayed longer . When flying into……

“Shuttle was great. It would have been helpful to have known the details of that operation before our trip. Just a letter explaining how/when the shuttle could be caught and whether a reservation is required. We tried to call the front desk number to get that information and the number was disconnected. ”

“1. Bad shuttle service! Called the hotel and its operator never told us they only pick up at the blue area! just said the shuttle will be there in any minute. Caused our 50 minutes’ waiting in the chilly midnight. 2. Racist shuttle driver! When finally got on the shuttle, the old lady driver said whatever it is, you eventually get hotel by the “complementary” shuttle bus! How rude she was!!! 3.
