“Not Marriott standards by any means. Rooms were not cleaned and not cleaned while we stayed there. Pool is tiny, even one adult and 3 kids and it felt crowded. Pull out couch fits one person. Best thing was the breakfast which does not say much. Would not recommend ”

“We were put in a handicap accessible room which we didn’t need. It was hard to shower and I should have been told this is the room we got. They should offer a free breakfast like every other hotel does. ”

“The room was in great condition and the staff were super courteous. My two main problems were that the electronic lock was dead upon arrival and someone had to come fix it the next day. Once it was fixed, they didnt put it to the origional code, so I got locked out of the apartment when I went downstairs. The second problem that was nexer fixed was the hot water. For such a cold week in Illinois, I had hoped that the water would be hot enough to chase away the cold, but alas, it was not. I……
