“L’hébergement est très bien situé. Près de toutes les attractions de la ville à quelques minutes de marche. L’hôte répondait bien. Le stationnement est compliqué mais l’hôte est disponible pour répondre aux questions. Après l’entrée et sortie initiale le reste se fait super bien. L’appartement est très calme malgré la proximité du centre-ville.”

“Great location in old town Rouen, easy walking to all the sites, (small) car parking was helpful. Going up the stairs to the apartment was awful, it smelled bad, part of the wall covering was peeled back, revealing what we believed was black mold. There were stickers saying raticide had been sprayed. Inside the apartment it was ok clean, but at times had a stale urine smell coming from the shower. Not sure why, since the toilet is in a separate room.”

“À deux pas de la place du Vieux Marché, cet appartement au premier étage bien équipé a totalement répondu à nos attentes. Bonus : une place de parking privative juste à côté. Communication très fluide avec la conciergerie. On recommande vivement !”

“It’s a nice apartment, close to the city center, spacious, bright, and with an elevator. Has a private parking lot. Apartment has no air conditioner but it was impossible to open the windows at night because of street noises (along a main street) and scaffolding next to the windows. The five small fans in the apartment make the warm nights more bearable. The weather was in the high 90 degrees and 100 degree. Would get 5 stars if it had an air conditioner.”

“Appartement parfait pour notre séjour, nous n'avons pas cuisiné. Pour moi les coussin étaient trop fin mais on ne va pas me satisfaire personnellement :-). Tout était clair et bien expliqué. Réponse rapide au téléphone.”
