"This hotel needs better maintenance. The carpet in our room was stained in several places. The carpet is old and needs to be replaced. Also the bathroom looks old. The food at the restaurant was good and good service too. People at the reception were not always helpful in answering my questions."

Also warned that when we lost our room key, the one that was given to us, we could be charged for the replacement. Floors were not that clean in the room. "I would HIGHLY reccomend this property! Not only are the hotel/ rooms affordable, clean, and in the best location, but they also inlcude bluetooth speakers in the room, air conditioning (which is essential durring the warm months in CDMX), free parking, and a light breakfast for guests. I genuinely couldnt reccomend this hotel enough! The only thing I would note is that when I tried reaching out to the hotel ahead of time via WhatApp (both call & text), I never got a response. However, while at the hotel, the staff and front desk people were helpful and kind."
