"The location is excellent. The hotel is very well manteined. The staff recognized us as frequent users and gave us a discount on meals. The offer the buffet breakfast for an extra cost, but also they gave us the continental breakfast included (bread and coffee) wich was enough for us. The room is very well designed because every service is separeted with its own door, so you don´t have to wait for the other person to leave the bathroom in order to use it. We had a drink at the bar, wich was "bogo". The gin&tonic was delicious."

"The rooms were nice and so was the staff. We were unable to get extra towels or pillows, other than the two in the room without an extra charge. Also warned that when we lost our room key, the one that was given to us, we could be charged for the replacement. Floors were not that clean in the room. And there was leftover lingerie in the closet which was kind of gross."

"I would HIGHLY reccomend this property! Not only are the hotel/ rooms affordable, clean, and in the best location, but they also inlcude bluetooth speakers in the room, air conditioning (which is essential durring the warm months in CDMX), free parking, and a light breakfast for guests. I genuinely couldnt reccomend this hotel enough! The only thing I would note is that when I tried reaching out to the hotel ahead of time via WhatApp (both call & text), I never got a response. However, while at the hotel, the staff and front desk people were helpful and kind."
