"I booked this property and paid direct to the property. I received confirmation of payment by email. I drove to the property expecting a code for the key box. I did not get one. I tried phoning the letting company, no response, email no response, what'sapp no response. I contracted Hotels.com who also pursued. no response. I have lost my money and had to find alternative accomodation at a higher cost. do NOT book to stay at this property. it is a scam "

"I am always dubious about making a booking when there are no reviews. However I cross referenced and found glowing reviews on another site. They didn’t exaggerate , Ben’s cottage is wonderful. Spotlessly clean, all up to date equipment and appliances that you could wish for and the majority top of the range. Massive Sony TV with Bose speakers for instance. "Location was good but communication was very poor. We were unable to access the property at 3.10 as the housekeeper was still there. Although not sure what he had been doing as the outside bins were overflowing, grass overgrown (front & back) and the house was dirty! We cleaned the bath ourselves, only 1 toilet roll for 6 adults for 2 nights and the patio door was not securely fitted. It was a very disappointing stay as felt like dirty, student accommodation with limited equipment! "
