“Stayed a night in Konya on the way to east Turkey. The hotel is located right at the center of Konya where everything is within walking distance. The hotel is old. My room is so small that it cannot house two regular check-in luggage. Things are broken and tops and ledges are slanting in my room. Can't place anything on them. Bathroom is very small too and exhaust venting is not good. Can hear the next door talking in the bathroom. Understand Konya is an inland city with access limitation of……

“We stayed for one night since they had a last minute booking to Seb-I Arus. The room was a good standard room and was warm on a very cold winter night. The hotel is in a street behind the more new modern boulevards of Konya. It is well placed basically across the street from Rumi’s tomb and a 15 minute walk to Malveli Center. T”

“We booked a non-smoking room but were given a smoking room. The smell was horrifying and we did not enjoy the room at all. The room is kind of old, not modern as other guests mentioned. The bathroom is very small especially the shower. An average fat person can not enter easily. The service was OK and the valet was good and efficient. The breakfast is amazing- the only reason if I have to stay here again. ”

“一到房間就發現是兩張單人床，不過因為在訂房時，有要求要一大床。反應給飯店後，飯店馬上就更換給我。早餐採自助選擇，擺設出來的種類是我目前看過最多的，最主要的熱食也提供了好幾種。令人遺憾的是，晚上因為暖氣系統關閉，下去櫃檯反應，櫃檯說會處理。結果在房間裡等了三十分鐘，還是沒有暖氣，只好再下去櫃檯講，聽取問題的人員還是同一位。感覺上服務人員處理問題的熱忱並不夠。”
