「Room was spotless. Our maid Mira was fantastic. Front desk people very friendly. Pool workers fantastic. Waiters very friendly. The only complaint I have is they need to provide ice for our room 」

Los chicos de las maletas, los meseros, todo excelente. El único pero es que el área de la alberca está como cerca o sobre el área de la basura y huele bastantito. 」

「The Hotel Mio is a great place to stay. The Manager Christina is great and if any concerns she is willing to help. Our TV wasn’t working and she stayed after work to personally fix the problem so we could watch Netflix in our room. Ronaldo and Miguel always greeted us and asked if we needed anything. The front desk check in were also so kind to us. Thank you Amanda and Fidel always made sure to greet us with a wave and a smile. These little gestures made us feel welcomed. Our room Christina...
