The room was comfortable and clean but hot water took at least 10 minutes to arrive in the room (#3). The breakfast was pretty basic. The location was isolated from restaurants etc but felt safe. They need to secure the front door a bit better as there didn't seem to be any staff over the evening and night.

This was an amazing stay! The room “Hacienda 4” was beautifully decorated and the staff was amazing! It’s close to many things which are walkable. The staff were incredible. This place was one of the highlights of my stay. Highly recommend, great place to relax after long days exploring CDMX!

Nos entregaron la habitación con retraso y, al ingresar, la televisión no funcionaba. Lo más preocupante fue que no había personal disponible para reportar o resolver ninguna situación. El desayuno incluido fue de muy baja calidad. Considerando que pagamos $9,000 pesos por dos noches, la experiencia fue completamente decepcionante. No regresaríamos.

The breakfast was amazing as was the room. Staff very welcoming and within 15 minute walk to the metro or bus. The decor and the large bathtub was a joy to come back to after a long day of walking. As it was December, the use of the little heater was just perfect. A great place to stay!

Overall, the staff at this hotel were genuinely kind and helpful, which I really appreciated. Their service made a good impression and they were always friendly and responsive. Also, the room is smaller than you thought. However, there were two major issues that seriously affected my stay. First, the noise. Staff start working very early in the morning, around 4 AM, and I could clearly hear the washing machine running continuously. I was staying on the top floor, and the sound insulation is extremely poor. The noise was loud enough to wake me up and made it almost impossible to get proper sleep. Second, the mattress was in very bad condition. It was heavily sunken on both sides, which caused me to sleep at an angle and feel physically uncomfortable throughout the night. While the staff are great, these issues with noise and the bed need urgent improvement, as they significantly impact the overall experience.

This boutique hotel is so personable. All the staff was wonderful and we really enjoyed the breakfast every day. The rooms are so comfortable and each with a unique design. We will definitely stay there again.
