「The door handle broke and we got locked in the room, then that night a high pitched alarm went off and I had to call multiple times for someone to turn it off. They did after an hour or more and then it came back on a few hours later. No offer of apology or compensation for lost sleep. The staff is wonderful. 「Basic, decent clean room with working shower and A/C. The property appears more rundown than photos would suggest but there is a pool that appears to be in good working order. Breakfast was convenient and cheap. Quiet and safe location. We prefer to stay walkable to Casco Viejo so it seemed far to us but the price was good if you don’t mind Uber or you have a car.
