Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

Great view.

Excellent view with excellent access to beach. Location is mid- Miami beach. North Beach is fancy shopping, South Beach is the party scene. But lacks central heating, bodywash, dish soap, laundry room was difficut to use with lack of wi-fi. Parking is additional 30 per night. Check-in is with lobby, no need to contact host.

The place was great for me and my family! Very clean and convenient. My only request would be to have some instructions on check -in process and location guidelines and expectations for example, trash, cleaning, laundry etc.

Ok given the price on South Beach

As good as you can expect given the price on South beach, the location is dismal- nothing around and you need to Uber everywhere. Elevators down the majority of time, kind of a creepy vibe to the building. Great view of the ocean.

Description needs more details

The description of this property was a bit misleading. This is an old hotel on the Atlantic waterfront. The only thing accurate about the description was the layout of the room. The pictures were NOT of the exact room, and they do not show the condition of the rooms, which are old, with cracking paint and old furniture. The room was very clean, but the sliding door onto the balcony was not sealed, leading to a very humid atmosphere inside the room. However, the staff was courteous and responsive, and the property is convenient to all points of interest, and the view from our room was beautiful.

Condo was great, but the amenities were not

The condo was perfect for my family of four. It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The balcony doesn't match the picture, it is on the side of the condo, but we could still see the beach and ocean. The amenities of this condo are nothing to celebrate. A square pool that is only open from 10 am to 6 pm (it says 9 am, but they were always cleaning it at 9 am...). The umbrella/beach chair guys are super lazy... They told us they would offer drink/food service, but they never actually walked around and took orders. They also took our chairs/umbrellas at 4:30 pm, which is super annoying when the sun is still shining for 4 more hours! The poolside bar was insanely expensive and slow. If you choose to rent this place, just plan to bring your own food and drinks to the beach.

Month stay

Overall the experience was not great. If you have high expectations…dont. The property is not well maintained. The staff never smiles . They barely look at you. We were there for 1 month and near the end some of the staff began acknowledging us with a head nod. The carpets and fabric furniture are not clean. The gym equipment is old and mostly broken. The gym hours are limited to weekdays from 6am to 11am and then they re-open at 5pm till 11pm. Why they closed during the day still baffles me. The place is well located , right on the boardwalk and has a lot of potential. The owners should look at revamping and renovating the condos and it would be great! The property manager, Kimberly was great and super helpful. In the end we loved the location so much that we overlooked all the negatives and re-booked for next year!

Perfect for price!

It was a great location away from the busy style of South Beach Miami. The property has a wonderful view of the ocean for a nice sunrise. A really clean place except for the carpets were really worn and stained. I would stay here again.

Don't let the photo's fool you! HEALTH HAZARDS Galore. LIVE BUGS-BUGS-DEAD BUGSMulitple Molded Spots on ceilings, floors & walls. Argued with me about the 2 beach chairs- oh and UMBRELLAS are extra no matter what the listing says- THIS IS A HOTEL BY HOTEL RULESBathroom Sink wouldnt drain or have working parts to manually drain. Bathroom tile floors NASTY!Couldnt open up ANY doors to patio- both sliders wouldnt budge until maintenance came to wd40 and work on for 40 minutes. Regular door to patio wouldnt shut all the way OH and make sure you SLAM the door to keep others out while your gone. Have to use towel cards to get a towel.Have to exchange towels before 4pm each day and they dont have washcloths- bring a loofahMAN THIS WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR MY FAMILY

The property was beautiful and clean. The view was gorgeous. I found it strange there were no additional towels, trash bags and only one pod for dishwasher. We were disappointed in the restaurant/bar hours.

I wish i could add pictures. This place is NASTY if was not what was shown in the pictures. The furniture was run down, room was extremely dirty. Personal was rude. TAKE BLANKETS the beds only had a top sheet, also the beds were as hard as concrete and the pillows are as flat as paper. Thank God we were only there one night before our cruise

Amazing stay with an amazing view

I was skeptical booking this based on the negative reviews. I’m glad that I kept this booking. The room is exactly to the listing. We couldn’t be more happy with our and enjoy our time here. The staffs were friendly and the towels services were great. Great place and locate near the beach. Don’t get me started on the view from our balcony. We couldn’t get enough of the view and wake up every morning to see the blue ocean. We didn’t want to leave the place. I would recommend this place to family. Thank you for making my birthday celebration perfect like I wanted and accommodating to my requests.
