Right in the thick of it.

My family and I arrived 6/27 and the check in process was seamless. We were happy to see the spacious condo was truly right across the street from the beach. All restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. My family had a great time and would stay here again.

Great, if ur ready to party!

Great property location for all you party animals! Not the best option for 6 12 yr olds. Property was fine but a/c wasn’t great in master. The door person at the building was “doing her job” but most definitely didn’t have warm fuzzies. Loud due to all the partying but like I said, if that’s what ur into, this is most definitely a great location and place to be. Keep in mind, no beach towels available, so bring ur own.

so-so stay at 3BR direct oceanfront on South Beach

Here are the Pros: This apartment is spacious with three big bedrooms. It is in a good (though noisy) location and it is tastefully furnished with lots of towels and nice bedding. The apartment location is in downtown South Beach which makes lots of activities in walking distance. Here are the Cons: This apartment is in a fairly run-down hotel. In the apartment building (as well as in the apartment itself) there is a stench. The hallway carpets are stained and the lobby is sketchy. The elevator is slow. In the apartment itself there is no balcony or outdoor area. This apartment is advertised for 10 people, this is misleading since two of the beds are in the living room and are really sofas. There is no laundry facilities in the apartment (you have to go to another floor and use coin machines.) If you want to cook in the apartment you will need to buy all pantry essentials (unlike some VRBO properties no staples other than salt and pepper and spices are on hand). A *major* drawback of this rental is that it is very difficult to make contact with YouRent (a property management company). Calls and email do not go to one person. Getting direct answers from YouRent is challenging. We did not receive check-in information for the apartment until 45 minutes before our 4 pm arrival. All-in-all, this apartment is best for people who want a short stay and who require little or no access to the landlord.
