good location for the things we did in Miami
The apartment was clean and the beds were comfortable. It was nice to grab a few groceries at the nearby grocery store and prepare a few meals at the apartment. As other reviews mentions the parking is a little tricky, but if you have a smaller car it's not an issue.

Perfect for a long weekend
This worked well for a few days prior to leaving on a cruise. Not far from the free trolly to take downtown, and a couple of blocks from a grocery store. Beds were not super comfortable, but manageable for 3 nights.

I have stayed here several times. The accommodations are great, the location is convenient the building is nice. The only concern I have is the parking arrangement. The parking spot for this unit is extremely difficult to get the vehicle into. I've damaged two cars already. I would like to be able to park the vehicle in a different location.

Hi Chris thank you for your stay, yes, we are working on the parking lot, soon we will have a bigger parking space than the one we have. It is not big enough for big SUV's trucks. Thank you again!

Coral Gables stay
Our family had a great stay over the New Year’s weekend. The check in instructions were clear and easy to follow, although there are a chain of steps to get parked and into the apartment. Javier, the host, was very responsive and great at communicating leading up to the stay and during check in. The parking is in the underground garage, and takes some maneuvering to get into the spot. The apartment was clean, and well stocked, with silverware, dishes, pots and pans, etc. available for use. The only thing we needed that wasn’t there was sugar/sweetener for coffee. I would stay here again, and recommend it for others.

Miami Comfort
The apartment was comfortable and allowed us to relax during our entire trip. It had all the comforts we needed to feel at home. Also it is centrally located between Miami Beach and MIA, along with close to University of Miami area and Biltmore area.

What we didn't like was the parking situation. It was a tight spot and and a very noisy metal ramp. The kitchen was missing a few things - spatula and towels.

This condo is conveniently located to downtown Miami. There were restaurants nearby along with several grocery stores. Area was safe and quiet. There was an initial problem at check in but the owner quickly and satisfactorily handled the situation. I would stay here again.

Shamrock Condo great value and central location
Javier was excellent to work with and was very responsive to questions. Condo was very clean and exactly as described. The location was perfect for us as we have multiple family members in Coral Gables to visit. One note I would give visitors is that the assigned parking spot in the basement is for a compact or smaller car and it is on a metal ramp. We had many comically careful parking sessions with our midsize SUV but with lots of straightening and guiding each time, we made it fit within centimeters with no scratches. But I would recommend driving a smaller vehicle if you want to use the assigned parking spot. Thank you Javier!

Smoking Fee Added For Non-Smokers
My friend and I stayed in this unit to attend a church conference. A week after we had occupied the unit we were charged a cleaning fee for smoking. Neither of us smoke. Beware of additional fees being added with your stay.

Thank you for your comment Miss Syreeta , as you where told before , we try to ventilate the room prior to the extra fee for cleaning due to a cigarette smell on one of the rooms. The fee that you did not accept to pay ! Luckily we did not had any reservation after your stay and we took our time to really clean the unit . It is ok we already made the necessary cleaning and made a special ventilation and disinfected the apartment as we usually do for our next guest . We never had a problem in more than 6 years renting the apartment for extra charges to anyone . But it is the guest responsibility to follow all rules , I will respect your position that nether you our your friend mention that do not smoke .But it is my responsibility to report to the guest what we found . Location, location, location
Location of the property is ideal! Close to airport, the Gables, beaches, downtown, restaurants. Walk to restaurants and shopping. However, The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable! The condo was very clean though there was a stale nicotine smell. Unsure of why because it is a non smoking unit.

Great location. We had a comfortable stay with the apartment having all the amenities we needed. Parking was a bit of a challenge - the rental car was a large 4x4 and the parking ramp in the parking space was a very tight squeeze… the previous guests appeared to have forgotten to leave the parking permit too, and with warning signs about towing away vehicles with no permit this added to the parking stress!

Javier is very responsive to anything needed. Apartment is very clean. There is washer/dryer available but you need to bring your own detergent. I would also suggest bringing extra towels or washcloths as there are some available but not many. Overall experience was good :)

Very good apartment for us - a family of four with two teenagers. Two separate bedrooms, one with separate beds. Two bathrooms with the same equipment. Good WiFi. Safe parking in the basement and quick access to the main roads and quite close to major attractions.

It was clean and satisfied our minimum requirements- nothing fancy - we weren’t going to spend much time at the apartment anyway ..the beds were ok . Neighbors seemed decent but the parking was a bit odd ....I don’t think I’d rent a vehicle in Miami as generally parking was scarce and expensive around the city.

Nice apartment, well located
This apartment was very clean and conveniently located. It's a block from a supermarket and various restaurants, and there is parking in the building's basement. It's also a block from a bus stop and a Miami Trolley stop. It's under 15 minutes to drive to downtown Miami, Calle Ocho, and Coconut Grove. The apartment is on the back of the building, so there was no street noise, and there was very minimal noise inside the building. We would definitely stay here again. Just be sure to return the parking pass to avoid paying a penalty.

Everything was really good in this apartment! The location is nice and in a safe environment. Check In / Out was super uncomplicated and our Host Javier was super nice, reliable and responded fast to everything we texted him! Restaurants and a Publix supermarket is nearby and can be reached within 10-15 minutes of walking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are big and the balcony was a very nice addition! Everything was super tidy too. Only thing that we didn't like was the parking space you have. It is located in a garage, but the space itself is very small if you have a bigger car. It fits, but you have to do a lot of work to get in there since you are driving on a ramp with metal edges that your car has to fit in. Other than that, I would absolutely recommend the apartment to everyone! Thanks again for having us! :)
