We had difficulty entering the property. We did not receive check-in instructions prior to arrival. Thankfully someone from security was there to help guide us somewhat, but when I called the number posted on the wall for support we were given an incorrect room access code. Between my wife and I we called 5-6 times, and were eventually provided with the correct door entry. Unfortunately, it was nearly 11pm by the time we entered the room and I was alone with our two kids. My wife arrived later. The last person I spoke with said he would credit our stay, but that was the last we heard about it. This was a rough check-in experience, which unfortunately tainted this trip. The location was good, convenient and otherwise affordable. It's a nice room and option, assuming the logistics work. This was deeply frustrating.
