The nice little room was as advertised and was clean and comfortable. The proximity to the beach was great and there was a lot going on in the area. Thanks for the reasonable pricing.

Great GREAT stay and location!

Great GREAT space and location! Everything you need on site: kitchen stocked, beach gear stocked, if you need to WFH (although the WiFi at the beach normally drops a few times a day but reconnects right way - it didn't interrupt work much at all), bed is sooo comfy, view from table (turned desk for me) for sunrises is gorgeous. Great closet and drawers space. Parking is tricky - pay attention that parking is in and around garages and street that cost, but I scored a spot out front that was free (at the time of this writing...look for signage!) and didn't move for days. All of your everyday needs are within walking distance: Publix, Walgreens/CVS, tons of incredible restaurants, shopping, liquor stores, and of course the beach! Great walking paths. Laundry on-site is a +++ (download the app, it's only $1.55/load at this writing.) Plenty of linens and a stash of extra supplies on hand was a bonus (usually have to run out quickly and get TP, paper towels, trash bags, etc.) Building was quiet, neighbors friendly, and Amazon came to the front door! Great instructions to self-check in (some said it was tricky, just follow the instructions literally, I had no problem.) Caroline checked in to make sure all was well. I've been hobo'ing in furnished rentals all year and this is now top of the list experience! Note it is an older building so bring a surge protector for extra outlets. (The end table with built in outlets is A+++) Look up what's happening at the Band Shell next door -

Perfect spot! Steps to the beach, restaurants, and market. The room was clean with everything you needed including beach chairs and umbrella. The host was so helpful and responded quickly to questions even on holidays. We will definitely return.

Great location

This location was perfect for a short 2 day stay for a solo traveler. Walking distance to food, beach and entertainment. Host was very communicative. Highly recommend .
