Short trip with family

We enjoyed our short stay at the Alexander. It was clean, great beach access and nice pool for the kids. The check-in and out process was quick and easy. The on-site cafe had great staff and an enjoyable place for a light breakfast. The convenience store on-site was helpful but very expensive so I would plan a delivery of snacks and beverages. The only disappointment was the patio. It was not enjoyable to sit on as the noise from the building's fans was very loud. You would never sit out there and have a conversation. Other than that the apartment was great and fit the 7 of us easily.

Great location

This was a perfect place for a larger group. The layout was great and everything was clean and convenient inside the room. The pool and beach access was exactly what we wanted.

Came to stay with my family for a few days. Location great, nice pools, beautiful beach. When we got there the floors and bathrooms weren't the cleanest but overall was a good stay and would come back.

Great stay!

We celebrated a friends Bachelorette in Miami. This condo was spacious and clean. Location was great and close to everything. We had a concern, reached out to the homeowner and received a response to be worry free. The communication with the property owner was always prompt and pleasant. Thank you for customer service, we will be back!!!

Amazing property!

We booked this property for a bachelorette party with 7 girls. Any more than that would be tight, but this was perfect for us! The location was amazing, the beach was 3 min walk away and the pool at the property felt like a resort. We rented a boat for a day and it was right across the street so easy access to a lot of things. Uber only 10 min to south beach clubs. Highly recommend!

Decent

It was a great space for what we needed, if i were to stay again I would stay closer to south beach. Pool area was nice. We did not have a problem with security but did see other guests. Security protocols are a little ridiculous on unnecessary things, I understand no food or alcoholic drinks at the pool however if you buy a coffee or water in the hotel lobby you should be entitled to bring it near the pool. It was a little overwhelming with security.

Bachelorette Haven

Stayed at this property with 8 other women and it was plenty of room for us! The view was gorgeous! We enjoyed the beach and restaurant one day and the balcony each night! The check in process was a little slow but that’s what you get for a Friday in Miami! I would definitely stay here again!!

Great hospitality

Great space for a large group! It’s about a 15-20 minute ride to south beach so it was the perfect distance. The hotel workers were super accommodating as well. The easy access to pool/hot tub/beach/tiki bar were perfect for our group.

The Apartment was nice, Shower early

The apartment suited our needs for the short trip, the space was very clean and had all the apartment amenities needed for our stay. If you wanted hot water you needed to shower pre dinner time. While the property manager was responsive, there was nothing he could do because "it was a building issue". With that said, we were able to take hot showers before going out to dinner, but our 1st night we tried showering around 7:00 and there was no hot water. The 2nd night we tested the hot water after we returned from dinner and there was no hot water. Hopefully, the building can fix this issue for future guests. Overall our stay was good and yes, the view was very nice just as pictured on the advertisement.

Amazing place very clean excellent location!!! Me and my family had a amazing time.

This was such a wonderful location to stay in Miami! It's hard to beat how close this condo is to the beach. There was so much space in this condo, we were able to spread out and relax. The hosts provided everything we could need and more!! I would recommend this to spot for everyone and we would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at The Alexander!! The only issue was we did not have hot water for the first two days, but that was fixed! Would stay here again!

Nice unit, accommodating host

We had a very enjoyable family getaway at the Alexander. The property was conveniently located and well cared for, and our unit in particular was roomy, clean, and well-equipped, with a great ocean view from the balcony.

We had a great stay at this apartment. There are many negative reviews of the hotel on the internet so we were so glad we rented through VBRO to ensure we got exactly the apartment we picked. It was updated and clean with great views. MGT was very engaged and helpful. Beach was quiet and clean. Would stay here again!
