Perfect Rental Unit in the Grove

This nicely decorated unit has everything you’ll need. Well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, balcony with wonderful views and access to all of the the Arya Hotel amenities. It’s perfectly located near shopping and restaurants. We look forward to staying here again soon.

Great location!

The apartment was small but well-planned to provide everything we needed. The hotel itself is staffed by helpful people, and its location can’t be beat! You can easily walk to many restaurants and shops.

This is an amazing unit! ! ! It’s obvious that an interior decorator has made this the best use of space I have ever seen. The opaque nature of the blinds made it feel like a little piece of heaven!

perfect Coconut Grove condo

This was an amazing corner studio condo unit. My personal highlights: super comfortable king size bed, wraparound balcony with lots of light streaming through the unit, soothing color palette, access to the pool :) Great Coconut Grove location with restaurants and shops within short walking distance. Host was responsive in communication. This was a perfect place for a long weekend and I hope to return again next winter/spring.

So much for a reasonable price

The condo was beautifully decorated and spacious. We were surprised that the kitchen had a small dishwasher! The huge windows with two different shade options led out to a wraparound deck, awesome for morning coffee or watching the sunset. The elevators in the building took forever sometimes but the stairs were close by in case we didn’t want to wait. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend staying here.

The condo was in the perfect location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a grocery store. We felt very safe staying there. The bed was comfortable and seeing the skyline at night from the bed was beautiful. The kitchen area had what we needed for our stay. The balcony was small ,but you were able to see some water on one side. The other view was more rooftops. We had a great time there! Thankyou🙂 S&D

Stayed here with my daughter while visiting U of Miami. It was very clean and cozy, felt right at home. Had great dinners within walking distance and took short uber ride to Coral Gables for shopping and more great restaurants. Perfect location!

Simply FFABULOUS! From the prompt replies to our inquiries to the comfortable bed to the breathtaking views to the high quality finishes this property is top notch! So much so, we stayed an additional day to enjoy the rooftop pool and walk around Coconut Grove.
