The stay was excellent. I've recommend this stay to so many people already and I've stayed there just 6 days ago. The condo was clean and the property offered many things to do. I would definitely stay there again, which I plan to do soon. The staff was also helpful and provided all of the information that we needed ahead of our stay. They will also communicate all fees required ahead of time. Given the fact that hotels provide the same information, there's no surprise there.

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re planning a trip to Miami downtown Rico area the location is great. The listing is exactly as it looks even better actually and it’s very clean. The staff is super friendly and very helpful. It is prime location and overall just a top-notch place to stay for your Miami vacation. If you're looking for a high-class, top-shelf, affordable place to stay in Brickell, this is the spot. It's close to everything, it's super clean, the staff is friendly, they're very quick to respond, and the top-notch service and cleanliness overall five stars isn't enough. Highly recommend to anyone traveling to Miami to stay here; you will not regret it. I will continue to stay here from now on when I come down to Miami. Excellent, excellent, excellent.

I really enjoyed my stay I came in town for a Pilates wellness tour I was close to every location I had on my itinerary , my room was cozy clean and comfortable . The rooftop pool is a vibe I recommend checking that out . The front desk was very helpful and friendly over I would give this place 9/10 not 10 stars because the construction across the street takes away from The aesthetic oh yes one more thing the coffee shop soca has really delicious smoothies and fresh fruit make sure to check that out on your stay!

I normally don't leave reviews, but as a solo female traveler I felt exceptionally safe here and in the surrounding areas. So much so, that I even walked down a few blocks to go grab some dinner and never once did I feel uneasy. I also like that CVS is just across the street to go grab some waters and snacks, or anything you may have forgotten. I'm currently sitting in the coffee shop downstairs which is also nice and convenient. Brickell in general is loud, but these rooms are very quiet and I slept like a baby. This is my 3rd time down here in the past 10 months and I'll definitely come back to this property going forward.

The location in Brickell was probably one of the better parts of the stay. It was pretty close to everything we wanted to do, and getting Ubers to and from the hotel was easy. The biggest issue for me was definitely the cleanliness. The floors were so dusty/dirty that walking around barefoot left the bottoms of my feet black. The bathroom also could have been cleaned much better, and there was some mold in the shower, which was pretty gross. I also think they could do better with the toiletries. The front desk staff weren’t very welcoming and came across as rude at times, and the phone in the room didn’t work when we tried to contact the front desk. There was also a lot of construction going on nearby, so it could get pretty noisy, but honestly, that was the least of my concerns compared to everything else. For the location and the fact that it’s in Brickell, I expected a better overall experience, especially when it came to cleanliness and service. The location was convenient, but I’d probably give the stay around a 2.5–3 out of 5.

Cleaning service needs to be improved. During our four nights stay we only got it once, after being requested several times. After finally getting the service we found the toilet was so dirty that I borrowed a bowl blush and bowl cleaner from one of the room attendants that I saw on the hallway and cleaned it myself. Shower drainage works extremely slow and there was hair in bathroom sink drainage. Other than that our overall experience was good, room is very spacious with comfortable bed and pillows. Location is definitely unbeatable.
