Great area.

The location is wonderful. Just steps away from the beach and other local attractions. The communication with the owner was very subpar.

Wonderful Condo

Claudia was Wonderful to work with. We enjoyed our stay so much! We lived our time on the balcony, which overlooks the pool as well as a partial view of the ocean!

Interesting

This place has no frills but for the price if you can overlook the fact that there’s some deferred maintenance, it’s a great place to sleep. Compared to the other options this was definitely budget friendly. The valet is cool but depending on time of day it does get backed up. I’d stay here again and recommend if you keep expectations low from the jump.

Curtains were sheer and the ceiling was leaking in the upstairs bathroom dripping right above showerhead. Gross.

Not what we expected

The property is located in a building that has an odor that you can't get rid of the moment you enter. The condo itself was spacious and relatively clean, but was riddled with problems. The shower in the second bathroom did not work at all. The outlets in the main bathroom did not work, so blow-drying hair was not an option. The closet had a mirrored front, but there are no outlets by it so that was not an option for getting ready either. There were no linens for the roll away bed, so my son had to sleep with his sweatshirt on to stay warm. We took a sheet off one of the other bed for him to use as a bottom sheet. There were also not enough towels for all of us, so we had to share after we showered. For the amount of money that was charged, it was not worth it at all. We would not stay here again.
