Logement très bien placé dans un quartier populaire
Excellent séjour dans ce quartier attachant et bien placé pour se déplacer dans les lieux touristiques. Retour à pied de Bayfront après le feu d’artifice du nouvel an donc un plus à considérer ! Déplacement rapide en voiture ou taxi jusqu’aux rues animées de Little Havana, Wynwood, South Beach mais aussi depuis ou vers l’aéroport… Je recommande donc cette adresse malgré les détails ci-dessous (rapport qualité/prix décevant en période de fêtes de fin d’année). Composition du logement conforme aux attentes mais des points à améliorer : terminer la rénovation de l’appartement (salle de bain très usagée et mobilier de cuisine gonflé par l’humidité, tabourets branlants, pas d’étagères dans les placards des chambres), mettre des stores en état et occultants dans les chambres (lumière artificielle allumée H24 en extérieur à proximité), ajouter quelques équipements de cuisine (ne pas se limiter à 4 assiettes, 4 verres, 4 mugs, etc, doubler la capacité de la cafetière prévue pour 2 tasses seulement … et ajouter un égouttoir pour les légumes, pâtes, riz …). Ajouter quelques serviettes de toilette. Ne pas indiquer de lave linge et sèche linge dans le descriptif car sont collectifs à l’extérieur et fonctionnement incertain avec des pièces (non testés car état médiocre et fin de séjour). Et approfondir le ménage (vitres, sols). Non indiqué dans le descriptif : un lave vaisselle est présent dans la cuisine (apporter ses produits).
