Simple, and just what wanted
I would definitely stay in the future. The price is right, and it almost has everything we would want. I wish the mattress was alittle nicer and there was a washer/dryer, but those are forgivable given the price.

Great Stay
The Coral Terrace home was great. It was clean, had an amazing yard and matched the description perfectly. The home was equipped with everything we needed. The neighborhood felt safe and was quiet. It was a perfect stay with no issues or complaints.

Super clean home
The house was perfect for our stay of 2 nights, as we used it as a base to visit the Everglades and Biscayne national parks. Vickie was a great communicator, and we were allowed to check in early. Her house is modern and clean, comfy beds and she even had some bubbly in the fridge for us along with some snacks! Highly recommend!

Cute enough place, but very uncomfortable
I hate to leave bad reviews, but if someone had left an honest review - I would not have booked here. The First day, I got a notification that the home was ready for check in (earlier than anticipated). So I messaged the host to clarify. She said yes it was ready. We bought our groceries and headed to the home. The house was locked and the key was not where it was supposed to be. Messaged the host back and she said “must be the cleaning lady is still there”. The house didn’t end up being ready until 4:30, even though the original check in time was supposed to be 4:00. Thankfully the kind cleaning lady let us put our frozen groceries in the freezer. There was no washer and dryer and the listing says it has that. We packed very light and planned to do laundry while there. This meant we had to end up going to a laundry mat. I also had to message the host three separate times to ask if there was a washer and dryer somewhere, that we weren’t seeing before she messaged back. The security system went off for hours in the middle of the night, due to a low battery. Even after I text the owner, and they claimed to have bypassed the alarm, it started going off again. The following night, The smoke detectors were beeping simultaneously every 20 minutes or so. We googled what was meant by the blinking light pattern and it said they were over due for the routine testing. Definitely not the hosts fault that the alarms went out during our stay, but I feel that should be doing the testing routinely so the alarms don’t beep in the middle of the night when guests are there vacationing. The silverware drawer in the kitchen is not attached so completely comes out when you pull it. The couch is so unbelievably uncomfortable and so was one of the beds. The second bed was tolerable. The AC was locked out so we could not adjust the temperature of the home. It got so cold in there, that we were using the comforters from the bed to cover up with while sitting on the couch. We actually ended up bumping our flights up and left this trip early because the place was just so incredibly uncomfortable and I was highly disappointed.

Close to airport about 6 miles.
No TV in the living room. Houses on the street are very close with small yards. The house was nicely decorated and adequate for a weeks stay.

Pretty, clean, neighbors are cool
It is as it describes, it’s a little far from south beach but still driving distance. Quite. You can watch the beautiful sunset from the backyard. No smoking in the house but awesome little shaded area in the back to do so. Pet friendly.

Was very comfortable and clean
The location was great. It was close to downtown and the port and it was a 15 minute drive to the airport. Vicki was very nice and welcoming. The house was very clean. It was fantastic that she had beach towels and a bbq in the backyard. The table and chairs were great because the yard was really nice to sit outside. The house was set up that we had everything we needed to cook our own meals.

Maison propre mais emplacement sans intérêt
Maison propre à l’arrivée mais aucun balai à disposition pendant le séjour : dommage ! La literie sera à revoir prochainement. Pour les équipements, rien à redire. L’emplacement n’a aucun intérêt. Beaucoup de route à faire pour les points touristiques.

Simplement !!
Maison agréable !!! Bien situé mais pile pour 4 personnes : 4 assiettes, 4 bols, 4 fourchettes, 4 couteaux ... malgré une très belle cuisine !!!! Et pas de machine à laver, ni séchante, comme le descriptif le prévoyer.
