The Space:
Nestled on Miami’s coastline, this spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment offers breathtaking Biscayne Bay views and a serene, modern design perfect for unwinding or settling in for an extended stay.
This apartment accommodates up to 6 adults plus 3 children (see house rules), making it ideal for families, group getaways, or long-stay guests seeking comfort and breathtaking bay views.
The apartment features three bedrooms. Two bedrooms enjoy direct access to the balcony and are equipped with smart TVs. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed. The third bedroom is an enclosed room, providing flexible sleeping arrangements.
The modern open-concept kitchen is fully equipped with sleek cabinetry, premium appliances, and all essentials for enjoying relaxed meals at home. The bright living area flows seamlessly to the large private balcony, where you can take in panoramic views of the water, islands, and Miami’s skyline.
With high-speed WiFi, streaming TVs, generous storage space, and spacious lounge and dining areas, this apartment is designed for both comfort and convenience — whether you're working remotely, enjoying a long stay, or simply unwinding by the bay.

Guest Access:
The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. Enter safely and comfortably, then focus on what matters — whether it’s relaxing, enjoying sunsets over Biscayne Bay, or spending time with family and friends.
The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.
The Neighborhood:
Located in Edgewater, this bayfront setting offers a residential atmosphere while remaining well connected to Miami’s key destinations and major venues — making it a practical base for exploring the city, attending large events, or simply relaxing and enjoying your stay.

Getting Around:
Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.
Parking is available at a cost of $200 per stay for one vehicle, and requests must be made within 24 hours of booking. Each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking. Daily valet parking is available at $48, payable directly to the building. To ensure proper registration, parking details, IDs, and payments must be submitted by 2 PM Monday through Friday. If documents are submitted after hours or on weekends, valet parking must be used until the office reopens.
Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.

Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.
Other Things to Note:
BOOKING RULES
After you reserve the apartment, you must send us copies of ALL adults (16 yrs of age and older) drivers licenses or passports for building registration. All documents must be legible.
***Must be 21 years of age and older to book, no exceptions as these are building requirements. No third party bookings unless agreed by StayCozy. If you're booking on behalf of others please let us know prior to your booking.
***Please note that depending on your length of stay, a full building application for residency is required upon booking. Application requirements are, but not limited to former residency, employment status, SSN, references, and other personal details. Building application must be filled out within 24 hours after the booking is confirmed.

OCCUPANCY RULES
Building Management has strict occupancy rules. 5 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 3 children. There are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Please make sure your total number of adult guests reflects your reservation and the building requirement
NO SMOKING
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning.
CHECK-IN
Standard check-in time is 4 PM and is coordinated with both us and the building. If your flight is delayed and you’ll be arriving after 10 PM, please let us know in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements.
CHECK-OUT
Standard check-out time is 11 AM.
LUGGAGE STORAGE
Luggage storage is possible with a bellman that can hold your luggage for $3 per suitcase before and after your stay if needed. Please plan you arrival and departure times accordingly.
MISSING DEVICES FROM APARTMENT
If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from our apartment after your departure, we have a right to charge you $100 per missing item.
LOST ITEMS
We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please make sure to check that you have removed all personal belongings at departure.
PARKING RULES
*** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.
*** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.
*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.
BUILDING RULES
-VISITORS AND GUESTS ONLY PERMITTED FOR RESERVATIONS THAT ARE 28 DAYS OR LONGER. NO VISITORS ALLOWED FOR ANY RESERVATIONS SHORTER THAN 28 DAYS. RESULTS OF UNREGISTERED GUESTS WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE EVICTION WITH NO REFUND.

NOTICE: Temporary Closure of Sauna & Fitness Center.
Please be advised that our Sauna and Fitness Center (Gym) will be temporarily closed from July 1 to August 31, 2026, due to renovation works. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience and understanding.
