Pro: Great location and clean rooms. Con: Front desk staff did not have our room readily available when we checked in an hour and a half after the check in time. We also had issues with our room cards.

It was my 3rd time staying here and I will definitely return next time. The King Suit on the Elite floor was amazing. The staff is nice, especially Zorica, who immediately addressed my questions. It can sometimes be crowded and the elevator wait could be shorter, but overall it's a great option in the best area of Miami-Brickell.

This location is perfect! They also gave us 4 drink vouchers for the pool/lobby bar. The location is in a safe area. Overall. I loved this hotel and would recommend to my family and friends.
