South Beach fun!
The room was mostly clean and smelled good upon arrival. The tub still had some residue from previous stays, so we opted out of using the tub, just showered. I was a bit disappointed by that as the tub was a reason I wanted to book this listing. We soon found out that the toilet would not flush. We let the front desk know, but I never heard anything back from them, the host, or VRBO. Unfortunately, the entire time we were there my husband had to stick his hand in the back tank to flush it. We also noticed the elevator hadn't been serviced since 2021, which kinda made us a bit nervous. However, we had no issues. The location of the building is absolutely perfect. It took us 2 minutes to walk to the beach every morning and there was so much to do and so many people to meet. We made sure to leave it as good as we found it, minus leaving used towels and linens. Took the trash to the shoot, started the dishwasher, swept, and cleaned out the fridge. We hope the toilet is fixed before the next guest's stay and that the tub is cleaned a bit better so others can enjoy a soak. Thank you!

Great location ... too small for me
The place is in a great location - especially if you're looking to be in the heart of THE PALACE music, which is great I might add. Since proximity was high on my pre-reqs - I booked. The cons: 1. Bed was too stiff. 2. King bed in this room was so tight that I could not get out on the side of the bed...had to scooch to the end of the bed to get out of bed. So, no bedside table on the one side for me (husband) while wife had a very small table stand on her end. 3. Closet door in hallway was broken and off the hinges.... 4. Water coming out of the kitchen sink initially was brown for about the first gallon of water ... then cleared up. 5. Toilet was running and we had to keep the top off and manually seat the flusher after each flush. 6. The soaps provided were 1 inch squares....not enough to wash a foot let alone a body....immediate need for CVS visit to stock up for a few day stay. 7. The shower is a step in tub...very high,....very slippery. Lawsuit waiting to happen IMO. 8. No room to open up a few suitcases....literally had to put them on the floor in the living room and pull clothing from there. 9. Living room TV was very small....bedroom was sufficient. 10. Upon entry...someone dumped a glass of liquid OR it was wet laundry/towels that were hung on the bannister from a 2nd...drenching my wife. WELCOME to Miami. So....all in all - we enjoyed our stay in Miami, but would not return to this location. Price was among the lowest...I'll pay more next time.

It was clean perfect location a walk across street to beach host even gave me two extra hours to vacate because my flight was two hours after check out for free . Plenty of towels I love , in the heart of south Beach had everything I needed.. I will return thanks for the extra time you gave me I give this place 5 star's

across the street from a beautiful beach. Nice apartment. But management company was sloppy checking for needed repairs. It took them 2 days to get me extra towels. It was walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Two blocks to Versaci mansion. 3 blocks to muscle beach - free gym on the beach.
