The apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The location is very close to a beautiful beach with calm and warm water for swimming. We enjoyed having a well equipt kitchen to prepare our meals.

Perfect location close to the beach!

Place was located right by the beautiful beach - just a short walk away. Close to a nice grocery store as well. Kitchen and bath were nicely stocked with the little things you need. Even had chairs, an umbrella and cart for the beach which were greatly appreciated! Would stay here again!

Our family had a great time on key biscayne. It's a very short walk to the ocean. The sand is wonderful. The wagon and beach chairs came in handy We added a few kids toys to the collection.

Nice home base for adventures!

This unit served our family as a great home base for exploring Key Biscayne, Miami, and surrounding areas. Easy walk to the beach and stores and restaurants. Very clean and comfortable, easy to access, and no issues during our week-long stay. Recommend!

Wonderful condo with great location

We stayed a week in January 2025. Great location with beach access within a short walk. Very clean unit with everything you need for a week. Owner was very responsive to my inquiries and questions on check in day. We will definitely rent from them again when in area.

Comfy Apartment and Great Host

Highly recommend if you are looking for a quiet and safe area of Miami. Apartment was very comfortable and close to the beach. Access to the city was easy and proximity to most main districts was 15-20mins. Was a great rental for a young family and would recommend as excellent beaches and scenery on the door step!

Home away from home

This is our third year staying in Key Biscayne and our second time in this particular condo. We love the location and size. We had a little hiccup with check in but other wise all went well.

A Perfect Place to Stay in Island Paradise!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Esteban’s place! The condo itself, the location, and the owner were all exceptional. The condo is beautifully appointed with high-quality linens and plentifully stocked and well-organized closets and cabinets. It is impeccably clean, and the beds and sitting and dining areas are very comfortable. The private beach is a short, pleasant walk away, and the pool is a fan favorite of our children. We enjoyed a daily short walk to the Winn-Dixie for cafe con leche and pastelitos, and the two parking spaces behind the building for our car were so convenient. Check-in and -out were a breeze, and the owner was incredibly responsive with any queries we had. We were all so sad to leave this VRBO and are very much hoping to return soon!

Key Biscayne Residential Neighborhoods

We enjoyed our stay on Key Biscayne in this rental unit. It wasn't as we expected, as the island is very family oriented, and very high end. No night life whatsoever. (Some light live music in at least one establishment would have been nice.) Lots of wonderful restaurants, close to the beach, and close the the grocery store. Our only wish of this rental unit would have been a balcony (other units had balconies). The only place for us to sit outside was around the pool, which was surrounded by a stone wall with parking on the other side and surrounded by tall buildings. The unit (and building) was super clean, had everything we needed, with check-in and check-out a breeze! It's a perfect place if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room, which is how we spend our vacations. We were thankful to stay here.

Lovely retreat

We so enjoyed staying in this cozy condo! It’s well-appointed, has every amenity and is very clean. You can’t beat it’s location - close to the beach, great restaurants, and shops.

Great place and location!

The condo was perfect for our family of five (myself, wife, and 3 boys). Esteban was great to communicate with, the place was cozy and clean, and the location to the beach, shops, Bill Baggs, and Miami, was fantastic! We made excellent memories there, and the boys couldn’t get enough of the pool and beaches. We would definitely stay here again!
