Os lençóis da propriedade super cheirosos, toalhas a vontade! Cozinha completa! Ferro de passa! 2 secadores de cabelo! A cana muito macia e o anfitrião muito disponível a tudo o que precisei! Recomendo demais.

We had a great time at the apartment! It is surrounded by SO many things to do and there’s so much art on the buildings to see. Parking was easy and it felt private and secure for Miami. The host was also super quick to respond for any questions and even sent me recommendations for places to go eat! I would stay again in a heartbeat!! 100 out of 5 stars.

Was not clean there was lots of roaches and the hotel was full. When we get there at two in the morning, we could not have entered the property They make a lot of excuse until the next day we were able to access the property and we had to pay the full price also they charge us twice Expedia charges and the hotel charges so be careful.

I booked a room with kitchenette through Expedia for 3 nights of mid Sep, saturday-tuesday.
The fridge was dead with water & mold inside; the TV did not have the remote & no buttons to operate it; the wi-fi, that at first was not connecting, later connected with no internet; there was only one- honest- only 1 light bulb in the room, dim like it was 100 years old.
I had to spend extra on restaurants for lunch & dinner since I couldnt buy & store in the fridge and spent data for everything in addition to having to constantly use it for navigation.
I informed customer support over phone & chat with photos promptly after checking in. There is no front desk or maintenance. No one. You are given a door code to lock & unlock.
They offered me 2 nights voucher that must be used within 6 months by me only (using my cellphone to scan QR code on door to checkout); I would have to email them 2 weeks before booking so they can confirm if they have rooms on which the coupon can be applied since availability is not guaranteed and excludes blackout days. I told them I won't be going the next 12 months.
They refused to compensate any other way. So basically no redressal.
