Our fully-furnished townhomes are perfect for short-term, monthly, or extended stays, featuring full kitchens, fast WiFi, in-unit laundry, soaring ceilings, and large patios to relax and unwind. Enjoy resort-style amenities like a pool, outdoor fitness center, and a lakefront walking trail.
All guests will need to pass CLEAR identity verification and a background check, we'll look for no evictions, collections, or criminal records.

For stays of 30+ nights, Landing also requires SSN - a soft credit check will be performed only on the primary guest. We look for a 550 credit score.

The house was very nice, but the communications were the worse of all my rentals. I asked questions prior to checking in and did not receive any responses. Then two men showed up while I was at work without notice stating they had to fix a leak. No prior notification or coordination was given. I received an email on day 1 stating if I needed anything, just text. When I texted, no one responded until I asked if anyone was monitoring. I most likely will not use Landing again.
